I'll ask you to vacuum the area and remove smaller items prior to my arrival. 4. I will unload and set up the equipment. I will then pre-treat any areas of carpet or upholstery as necessary to remove stains, and assist with the cleaning of heavily soiled areas. 5. I will then carry out the work using the hot water extraction method. 6. Following paymnet, I'll then clean up and depart. 7. Carpets will then normally be dry within a few hours.

I have used steam cleaning machines in the past, but the system I find the best for thorough deep cleaning is the hot water extraction method. The water is heated to a optimal temperature by the machines heater and then pumped at high pressure through to the wand jets and onto the carpet or upholstery. The solution which contains micro-splitters then gets to work, separating the dirt from the fibres before the twin vacs do their bit by removing as much moisture as possible.

I kindly ask that you remove all smaller items, and vacuum the carpets, prior to my arrival. Whilst I have no objection moving furniture if it's safe to do so, you can do this before I arrive too.
